Dhanbad defeated Giridih by 115 runs in his first match of the JSCA Inter-District Under-19 Elite, played in Jamshedpur. Dhanbad won the toss bat first and scored 234 runs on three wickets in 50 overs. Saurabh Shukla played an unbeatable innings of 84 runs including three fours and two sixes. Same Robin Mandal remained unbeaten at 51 runs. Both played an unbeatable partnership of 119 runs for the fourth wicket. Apart from this, Rajesh Kumar scored 45 and Anurag Singh Sengar scored 28 runs. Sagar Kumar, Dhruv Kumar and Gautam Kumar Yadav took wickets one by one. After Giridih’s team got out at 119 runs in 40.2 overs. Bikki Agarwal scored 41, Ashutosh Kumar unbeaten 20 and Gautam Kumar Yadav scored 17 runs. Anurag Singh Sengar of Dhanbad took three for seven runs, Aman Kumar Singh took three for 22, Chandan Sharma took two for 26 and Aryan Patel took two wickets for 24.
